Returns & Warranty Policy – UAE

We aim for you to be completely happy with your Monkey Troopers purchase.
If something is not right, please review the following policy, which complies with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

1. Returns

Eligibility

• You may return a product within 7 calendar days from the date it was delivered to you.
• The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
• You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice or receipt).

How to start a return

1. Email contact@monkeytroopers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Mention your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will email you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions for sending the product back.

Shipping costs

• If the return is because of a manufacturing defect, or if we shipped the wrong item, we cover the return shipping.
• If you are returning for any other reason (for example, you simply changed your mind), you cover the return shipping.

Inspection & refund

• When we receive the returned item, we will check it to ensure it meets the above conditions.
• If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 6 UAE business days.
• Original shipping or cash-on-delivery fees, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2. Items that cannot be returned

• Products that show signs of use, wear or damage not caused by us.
• Items that are missing original packaging or tags.
• Goods clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Warranty

• Selected products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
• To make a warranty claim, please keep your warranty card (if supplied) and proof of purchase, and email support@monkeytroopers.ae with your order details.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.

4. Legal

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and your rights as a consumer under those laws are fully protected.
